Mike Koester earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in the years 1985 to 1989. Later, in 2004 to 2005, they obtained a Certificate of Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
