Lee Courtney

Lee Courtney has over 13 years of work experience in UX design and management. Lee is currently the Head of UX at Utility Warehouse, where they lead the user experience team. Prior to this role, they were the UX Design Lead at Utility Warehouse from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Utility Warehouse, Lee worked at SSE plc as the Head of User Experience, where they led the Digital Experience Team and advanced the in-house UX capabilities. Lee also held the position of UX & Design Manager at SSE plc. Lee's earlier experience includes working at O2 (Telefónica UK) as the Digital Design Manager, where they were responsible for designing and producing digital content for in-store and online experiences. Lee also served as the Retail Experience Executive at O2, managing the design and deployment of digital content for O2 store designs.

Lee Courtney studied at the University of Portsmouth from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Computer Animation.
