Shaun Williams

Shaun Williams is a seasoned professional in data innovations and governance, currently serving as the Director at UTIMCO since May 2025. Previously, Shaun was the Founder and Board Chair of DGTLsuite from January 2024 to May 2025, and held significant roles at Y&L Consulting, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Digital & Data and overseeing the SPS DGTL division between July 2015 and December 2023. Other entrepreneurial endeavors include founding the SA-Tecosystem from January 2015 to May 2017 and co-founding The Operari Group, LLC. Shaun’s background includes roles as a Sr. Consultant at Teradata and The IntelliSolve Group, Inc., and as an IS Manager at H-E-B. Shaun started the career at CitiCorp as a Service Manager for Direct Banking. Shaun holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Incarnate Word.
