Hersh Kathuria is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in driving digital innovation and business growth across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank since May 2022, Hersh focuses on developing digital capabilities and launching products in API banking and embedded finance. Previously, as the Head of Digital Business at Home First Finance Company, Hersh successfully scaled the digital business from inception to IPO in just two years. As the Founder and CEO of SmartSIP® and Spexy.co, Hersh pioneered innovative platforms that combined digital acquisition with personalized customer experiences. With prior roles at Nippon India Mutual Fund, ICICI Bank, and Bharti Airtel, Hersh has consistently demonstrated expertise in marketing, business development, and team leadership. Hersh holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
