Vivien Bonnelles

Vivien Bonnelles has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Vivien began their career at 3M in 2006, working as a Lean Manufacturing Manager until 2009. From there, they moved on to Lafarge in 2010, serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager for two years. In 2012, Bonnelles joined Etex as a Continuous Improvement Manager for a year before transitioning to the role of Supply Chain Manager until 2016. Vivien then became the Plant Manager until 2019, and currently holds the position of Regional Industrial Director at Etex.

Vivien Bonnelles holds an Engineer's degree in Production Management and Optimization from Mines Douai, which was completed between 2006 and 2009. In 2023 to 2025, they furthered their education by pursuing an Executive MBA degree at KEDGE Business School. Additionally, they obtained certifications in APICS - Basics of supply chain management (CPIM) from APICS in 2015 and a Six Sigma Green Belt from 3M France in 2007.
