Mandar Naik

Mandar Naik has extensive experience in collections management within the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Collection at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank since August 2022, Mandar previously held the position of Head of Collections at Adani Capital Limited from August 2018 to August 2022. Prior roles include Head of Mortgage Collections at L&T Housing Finance from December 2009 to August 2018, Regional Debt Manager at ICICI Bank from September 2006 to December 2009, and Junior Manager at Eicher Motors Ltd (Auto Finance Division) from November 2000 to July 2006. Mandar's educational background includes a Master's in Management Studies with a focus on Finance from IMCC, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Sriram Polytechnic.
