Nikhil Kumar

Nikhil Kumar has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, currently serving as the Head of Business Solutions Group and Digital Transformation at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank since May 2018. In this role, Nikhil spearheads business and technology transformation initiatives and manages the complete SDLC cycle of business requirements. Prior to this, Nikhil held the position of Head of Operations & New Initiatives, overseeing operations of general banking branches across India. Nikhil's previous experience includes roles as Associate Vice President at ShareKhanBNP, Presales & SME at Integro Technologies, and Assistant Vice President at Intellect Design Arena Ltd. Nikhil began a career in finance with managerial roles at State Bank of India and has an educational background that includes a PGP in Data Science and Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business and a PGPMX from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, among other qualifications.
