Zhihong Lin

Zhihong Lin has extensive work experience in the automotive and technology industries. Zhihong is currently serving as the Vice President of R&D at NIO Inc. Zhihong'sprevious positions include Director of Battery System R&D at Gotion Inc., Chief Engineer at Hangsheng Electronics Ltd., Senior Vehicle and Battery Engineer at CODA Automotive, Inc., Embedded Software Engineer at Nortel Networks, and Automotive Design Engineer at Dongfeng Motor Company.

Zhihong Lin earned a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Tsinghua University, which was obtained between the years 1982 to 1987. Following this, Zhihong pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in the same field from Tsinghua University, which was completed between 1990 and 1993.
