Bahar Habib

Bahar Habib is an experienced engineering manager currently with H&M Group since December 2023, previously serving as engineering manager at Utopia Music, focusing on Music Intelligence from November 2021 to November 2023. As a co-founder of Field Buzz from January 2015 to June 2022, Bahar led a team of over 30 engineers and product managers while implementing data-oriented performance evaluation strategies. Bahar has held roles including CEO and founder of PROGmaatic Developer Network, where web and mobile applications were developed for prestigious clients, and director and CTO at 6Degree Communications Ltd., overseeing the R&D and application development. Additional experience includes core development at Nazimcorp Resource Gateway and IT executive positions at Bdhaat E-Tech Ltd. Bahar holds a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and has been a member of the BASIS Standing Committee on Startups.
