Christer Mathlin

Christer Mathlin currently serves as Section Head at the Swedish Armed Forces since April 2024. Previously, Christer was Group Engineering Manager at Utopia Music from November 2022 to May 2023, leading engineering teams toward the mission of fair pay for every play. Prior roles include Head of Digital Services at Tele2, where oversight of leaders and teams facilitated customer engagement with Play/VOD services, and Head of Consumer Online at Com Hem, focusing on digital customer interaction solutions. Additional experience encompasses senior positions at Emric AB, Claremont Innovate AB, and Connecta AB, alongside self-employment as a consultant specializing in software architecture and development. Christer's early career included roles at Svensk Medicin Information, developing BI models for the pharmaceutical sector. Education was completed at Umeå University from 1996 to 2000.
