Hadrien Foroughmand

Hadrien Foroughmand is a Data Scientist and AI Specialist specializing in automatic music tagging at Utopia Music since March 2022. Previously, Hadrien conducted research as a PhD student at IRCAM from February 2017 to January 2021, focusing on computer science applications in music as part of the Sound Analysis/Synthesis team. This role included a research internship involving signal processing and audio synthesis methodologies. Prior to these positions, Hadrien engaged in an internship at ISIR, working on audio processing with a focus on the detection and classification of humpback whale songs. Hadrien's educational background includes a Doctorate in IT, Telecommunications, and Electronics from Sorbonne Université, as well as a Master's degree in acoustics and signal processing applied to music and a Bachelor's degree in electronics and automatic systems.
