Elvira Vink

Elvira Vink has been serving as a Functioneel Beheerder at Universiteit Utrecht since June 2016, where responsibilities include system management, the development and rollout of a new card management system, and user training. Previous experience includes roles as a Consultant at Ordina, where expertise in Functioneel Beheer, Change Management, and Trainer roles was utilized. Vink has also worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in various capacities, including active management of complex financial processes and running the functional application management department. Other notable positions include roles in process and change management at Achmea Interpolis, the Ministry of the Interior, and Rabobank Nederland, as well as a focus on GUI implementation for a new flight system at Schiphol. Vink began the professional journey as an IT trainer with Broekhuis Training and holds a Drs. degree in Organizational Psychology and Gamma Informatica from Utrecht University.
