Jos Malda is a distinguished academic and leader in the field of biofabrication and regenerative medicine, currently serving as the 2nd Vice President and Secretary General of the International Cartilage Regeneration & Joint Preservation Society since May 2022. At UMC Utrecht, Jos holds the position of Professor of Biofabrication in Translational Regenerative Medicine and has progressed through various roles since July 2007, including Associate Professor and Head of Orthopaedic Research. Additionally, Jos is a Professor at Utrecht University and has held leadership roles in multiple organizations, such as President of the International Society for Biofabrication and a General Board Member of the International Cartilage Repair Society.
