Julia Harder

Julia Harder is currently pursuing a Premaster in Social Challenges, Policies and Interventions at Utrecht University, with an expected completion date in June 2024. Julia has diverse experience, including serving as a Catering Barista at VITAM BV since September 2018 and a Junior Project Manager at All-Inclusion B.V. from April to November 2023, where responsibilities included supporting projects related to PSO, diversity, and inclusion. Previous roles include an internship focused on sustainable employability at Sodexo, supporting absence management at Capability, and an HR internship at Etos. Julia's career began in hospitality as a Barista at JMW Horeca Uitzendbureau and a Host at MOJO concerts. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a Minor in Labour Law and Labour Relations.
