Jeffrey Graham

Jeffrey Graham has extensive work experience in information technology and engineering roles. Jeffrey started their career at General Motors as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer in 1984 and worked their way up to become a Manufacturing Systems Engineering General Supervisor. Jeffrey then joined Delphi as an Industrial Engineering Manager before taking on various leadership roles, including Engineering Group Manager and Lean Implementation Manager. At The University of Texas - Pan American, they served as Associate Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and eventually Vice President for Information Technology. Jeffrey is currently working as the Chief Information Officer at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

Jeffrey Graham earned their Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University in the years 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their MBA at The University of Texas-Pan American from 1996 to 1998. Before their MBA, they obtained their MS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville between 1990 and 1992. Their undergraduate degree, a BSE in Computer Engineering, was obtained from the University of Michigan during the years 1978 to 1984.
