Ben Brown

Ben Brown has held several positions throughout their work experience. Ben began their career at Maldon District Council in 2001, where they worked as a Waste Management Team Leader until 2005. Ben then served as the Head of Customer and Democratic Services from 2005 to 2014, and later as the Group Manager for Leisure, Countryside and Tourism from 2014 until their departure. In 2018, Ben joined Uttlesford District Council as an Interim Operations Manager, and they currently hold the position of Assistant Director - Environmental Services.

Ben Brown attended the University of Wolverhampton from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Bedfordshire from 1996 to 1997, completing a Post Grad in Waste Management.
