Adva Plotkin

Adva Plotkin is the current VP of HR at UVeye. Adva has over two years of experience in the field, previously working as a People Manager at Lycored from August 2020 to March 2022, and as the Global HR Director at smarTrike from September 2019 to July 2020.

At Lycored, Adva was responsible for managing the company's people operations. This included developing HR policies, performance-driving procedures, and managing all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support. Adva also oversaw the company's internal communications, including announcements and events.

At smarTrike, Adva was the sole HR function in a privately-held multinational company. Adva was responsible for building the global HR infrastructure from the start, aligned with the overall business strategy and market challenges. Adva also led organizational culture activities, employee brand language and engagement events. In addition, they coached and counselled the business leaders in multiple levels, developed HR policies, performance-driving procedures, and managed all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support. Adva was also responsible for all internal communications of company events, announcements and COVID-19 challenges. Lastly, they implemented and supported management transformation processes, and bridged management and employee relations.

Adva Plotkin has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
