Itzhak Maayan

Itzhak Maayan is the current Chief Financial Officer at UVeye. Itzhak has over 20 years of experience in finance and strategy, including leading global initiatives in financial services, investor relations, and compliance.

Maayan began their career at Cisco Systems Israel in July 2003 as the CFO. Itzhak was a member of the local Board of Directors, focusing on long-term strategy for the site. In October 2007, they left Cisco to join Perrigo Company plc as Vice President of Financial Services and European Investor Relations. Itzhak was responsible for leading global strategic finance initiatives, including the establishment of regional finance shared services centers and local centers of excellence. Itzhak also served as the finance project lead for SAP's new generation platform (S4/HANA) implementation - Central Finance. In November 2019, Maayan left Perrigo to join Nanox.Vision Consortium as CFO and CEO Deputy. Itzhak successfully led Nanox's $190M IPO in August 2020, followed by a $190M all-secondary offering in February 2021.

Maayan holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Itzhak Maayan has an AEA from the Executive Institute for Management of High-Technology Companies at Stanford University, a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of Haifa, and a Strategic Business Leadership: Engagement, Performance, and Execution from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education.
