Jason Yost

Jason Yost is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in project management and healthcare operations. Currently serving as Sr. Project Manager at UW Health, Jason Yost focuses on driving key initiatives within the Population Health team. Previously, Jason Yost managed the Value Based Care Education team at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, overseeing education and performance relating to Value Based Care principles. Earlier experience includes managing operations for a Population Health Center at Lee Health and serving in various roles such as Lean Transformation Specialist and MPG Intern. Jason Yost holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Administration from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
