Diane Freeman

Diane Freeman possesses extensive experience in human resources, diversity, and organizational development across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Director for Global Reflections & Inclusive Leadership Practice at UWG since July 2020, Diane also holds the position of Senior Consultant at The Netherwood Group, Inc. since 2014 and operates as an Independent Contractor in Human Resources & Diversity Consulting since 2008. Previous roles include Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Saks Fifth Avenue and Director of Staffing & Performance Management at Tommy Hilfiger USA, among others, with a notable tenure at the National Basketball Association overseeing HR for various departments and initiatives. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies and General Science from Fordham University.
