Susan Gibson Sphr

Susan Gibson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has been with Uwharrie Bank since June 1996, currently holding the title of Sr. Vice President and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Susan worked at Charlotte Mecklenburg Utilities from August 1986 to June 1996 as the Minority & Women Business Development Coordinator. Susan's responsibilities included overseeing the MWBD Program to ensure goals were met in contract work. Susan also attended Central Piedmont Community College for Architectural Engineering Technology/Technician.
