Winston Moore

Winston Moore is an experienced academic and consultant in the field of economics, currently serving as Deputy Principal at The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus since August 2019, while also holding the position of Professor of Economics since September 2016. With a strong background in teaching, Winston Moore has lectured on various economic courses at different levels, including Intermediate Macroeconomics and Industrial Economics, and has been involved in research and public speaking. Prior experience includes senior roles at the Central Bank of Barbados, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring the financial sector and contributing to policy papers. Winston Moore holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Surrey, an MSc from the University of Warwick, and a BSc from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
