Amy Powell

Director, Campus Engagement & Student Affairs at Uwill

Amy Powell brings extensive higher education experience developing, operationalizing, and managing mental health and wellness programming and providing supportive interventions to college students. Amy spent 22 years with Duke University, most recently, serving as Vice Dean of Students, providing oversight of campus-wide outreach, wellness promotion, case management, and the student affairs on-call system, as well as serving as the primary liaison for the campus telehealth partnership. Prior to that role, she worked as a medical social worker before transitioning to a student affairs role, where she created and managed a comprehensive case management program and provided leadership of the campus behavioral assessment team. Amy received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech, holds a masters in social work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is co-founder of the Higher Education Case Management Association (HECMA).
