Elizabeth Shang, EdM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Uwill since November 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Account Management at Labster and Vector Solutions from October 2022 to October 2024 and July 2021 to October 2022, respectively. At EVERFI, from December 2018 to July 2021, Elizabeth was both Director of Account Management and Senior Account Manager, managing relationships with higher education institutions. Elizabeth has also worked as a Customer Success Manager and Education Program Development Consultant in 2018, a Senior Special Projects Manager at Six Red Marbles from November 2016 to April 2018, and Project Manager overseeing educational content projects. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Ginseng Education Corporation, Mandarin Teacher at Brookwood School, Global Competence Consultant for Boston Public Schools, and Academic Consultant at Kojen English Language Centers. Elizabeth holds an M.Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
