Serene K. is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience and product design. Currently serving as the Founder of Ebullience Design Ltd since July 2022, Serene has previously held roles at various organizations, including a Product Designer for a Confidential Client and a User Experience Designer at Schroders Personal Wealth and Morgan Stanley. As a member of UXPA UK since November 2017, Serene actively engages in the professional community. In leadership, Serene demonstrated significant impact as Chair of the School of Arts at Loughborough Students' Union, successfully improving departmental rankings and earning nominations for awards. Serene's educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication from Loughborough University and a Foundation Degree in Design from the University of the Arts London.

The UK Chapter of the User Experience Professionals’ Association (UXPA) is a not-for-profit organisation run exclusively by volunteers. We are affiliated with the International UXPA. They bring together UK professionals who share a vision of creating compelling technology that meets users’ needs, desires and abilities. These professionals come froma broad family of disciplines such as user-centred design, research, and human factors.
