Senior Creative Strategist at UXUS

Rachel Edmonds has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 when they served as the Managing Director of BandWagon, a student business. During this time, they successfully led the team to national success, winning numerous awards and gaining experience in end-to-end management, stakeholder engagement, marketing, and financial management.

Following this, Rachel worked at various companies, including Wagamama, Marks and Spencer, and Young Enterprise UK, where they held roles such as Front of House Team Member, Customer Service Assistant, and Nottingham Area Board Member, respectively.

In 2016, Rachel joined Waitrose & Partners, initially as a Graduate Management Trainee and later in roles such as Senior Retail Manager, Store Manager, and Omnichannel Delivery Manager. Their notable achievements include leading the development of 'Waitrose Unpacked', a sustainable shopping proposition recognized globally, and launching the beta app for Waitrose.com.

In 2021, Rachel joined Spoon Guru as a Senior Product Owner, where they played a key role in developing the company's sustainability strategy through market research and creating a roadmap for product development.

Currently, Rachel works as a Creative Strategist at UXUS, starting in November 2021.

Rachel Edmonds has a Bachelor's Degree in History and Politics from The University of Sheffield. Rachel also completed a Fulbright Summer Institute in Global Social Entrepreneurship at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Additionally, they have studied History and Politics at the University of Oxford. Rachel has not provided specific start and end years for any of their education experiences.
