Isabel Vlerick

Isabel Vlerick is a Researcher PhD-Candidate at Universiteit Gent since November 2022 and at UZ Gent since July 2010. Vlerick's work focuses on the development, implementation, evaluation, and sustainable establishment of a Flemish mentoring program for nursing consultants and specialists in oncology and hematology. Vlerick has held various positions at UZ Gent, including Projectmedewerker for the LARS study and oncology sector, ICT expert for oncology, and oncological nurse in the medical oncology/radiotherapy unit. Vlerick holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Ghent University (2018-2021), a Postgraduate in Oncology Nursing (2011-2012), a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from 2007-2010, and a degree as a Menopauzeconsulent from Vives Kortrijk.
