Shoko Komatsu

Shoko Komatsu is currently a Senior Recruiter at Uzabase, Inc., focusing mainly on corporate and SPEEDA R&D recruitment. Prior to this role, Shoko worked as a Career Consultant at Persol Career Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Intelligence Co., Ltd.) for almost a decade. In the early years, Shoko specialized in supporting career transitions in the medical industry, and later shifted to providing recruitment support for corporate clients in the medical and manufacturing sectors as a Hunting Agent. Shoko also served as a Unit Leader, overseeing team strategies, budgeting, and the development of 10 team members. Shoko holds a Bachelor's degree from Gakushuin University obtained from the Faculty of Letters.
