Konstantin Baishev

Konstantin Baishev has extensive work experience in sales and operations. Konstantin is currently the Director of Sales Operations at UzAuto Motors. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy CEO for Procurement and Sales at PRAMO. Konstantin also held the position of Procurement and Aftersales Director at UzAuto Motors. Furthermore, they worked as a Business and Sales Development External Adviser for various Russian and US companies. Konstantin has notable experience as the Sales and Marketing Director for Russia and CIS at General Motors, where they managed a team and achieved sales goals. Konstantin also served as the Divisional Manager for South-Central Russia at Mondelēz International, and as an Area Sales Manager at Mars.

Konstantin Baishev completed their Master's degree in Economics and Commerce (Trade) from Samara State University of Economics, from 1989 to 1994. In 1994, they attended the Institute of International Education, U.S. Information Agency, where they pursued a program in Business for Russia. Later, in 2009, they enrolled in GM Academy, Detroit, to study Global Leadership. Additionally, in 1994, they also participated in the Business for Russia Program at the Institute of International Education, Houston.
