Uzin Utz
Dr. Florian Neymeyer currently serves as the Head of People & Organisation at UZIN UTZ since July 2021 and has held additional leadership roles in HR, IT, and Organisation within the same company. Dr. Neymeyer is also a lecturer at Hochschule Neu-Ulm, focusing on Organisation, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship. Prior experience includes various leadership positions in HR, IT, and Legal at Uzin Utz AG from November 2010 to June 2021 and a role as a Doctoral Student at BASF in early 2010. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from Hochschule Burgenland and two Ph.D. degrees—one in Copyright Law from the University of Augsburg and another in Law from the University of Mannheim, complemented by an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
