Anna Rusin

Anna Rusin has extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits across multiple industries, including roles as Director of Total Rewards & HRBP for HR (EMEA) and Director Total Rewards at VF Corporation from June 2020 to July 2024. Prior to that, Anna served as Senior Manager and Head of Compensation & Benefits for Kia Motors Europe, where a comprehensive compensation strategy was developed. Experience also includes being a Global Senior Remuneration Expert at ABB, leading the implementation of a global grading system, and serving as a Compensation & Benefits Expert at The Coca-Cola Company for the Middle East & North Africa region. Anna began a career at Philip Morris International as an HR Specialist in Compensation & Benefits. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Russian Philology from Jagiellonian University and postgraduate studies in the Business Partner Model from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
