Jeff Ward

Jeff Ward is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the outdoor and apparel industries. Currently serving as General Counsel for Smartwool since 2009 and as General Counsel for icebreaker, a VF Company, since April 2018, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in corporate legal matters. Prior roles include General Counsel at Kodiak Group Holdings Co. from December 2017 to June 2021 and Assistant General Counsel at Timberland LLC from August 2003 to October 2017. Jeff was a Partner at Stickler & Nelson from 1997 to 2003 and began legal career as an Associate at Keck, Mahin & Cate from 1993 to 1997. Jeff earned a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and an AB in Economics from the University of Michigan.
