Jo Ann Hirsimaki

Jo Ann Hirsimaki is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and compensation, currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards and People Services at VF Corporation since November 2015. Prior to this role, Jo Ann held the position of Senior Vice President of Compensation, Global Mobility, and Global HR Systems at PepsiCo from July 2010 to October 2015. Jo Ann's extensive experience includes serving as the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits at Novartis Consumer Health Division for a decade from July 2000 to July 2010, and as Vice President of Global Compensation & Benefits at ACCO World Corporation from August 1996 to July 2000.
