Lucia Zhou

Lucia Zhou currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for VF Corporation in VF China since June 2021. Prior to this role, Lucia held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead for Greater China and Mongolia at The Coca-Cola Company from February 2020 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Starbucks China from March 2016 to February 2020, where Lucia progressed from Staffing Manager to Senior Staffing Manager in Talent Acquisition. Lucia also worked as an APAC Recruiter for GoPro during 2015-2016, overseeing commercial hiring in the APAC region. Starting in 2010, Lucia served as a Senior Consultant in the Retail and Consumer Goods Sector with Adecco Group until June 2015, after which a brief role as a Researcher at DaCare Consulting and Executive Assistant at Winworld College was held. Lucia Zhou holds a master’s degree in International Education from East China Normal University, obtained in 2007.
