Mekayla Chalupa

MeKayla Chalupa has over a decade of experience in talent development and retail training, primarily at Warby Parker, where MeKayla has held roles from Assistant Store Leader to Senior Manager of Talent Development since June 2013. MeKayla's responsibilities have encompassed the management of talent and retail training initiatives. Prior to Warby Parker, MeKayla worked as an Executive Assistant at Bollare and completed internships at Stone Fox Bride and STYLECASTER. MeKayla earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Communication from Stephens College and attended Kansas State University.
