Manuela Di Natale has over a decade of experience in customer operations and service delivery, currently serving as Sr Director of APAC Customer Operations and Service Delivery at VF Corporation since April 2009. Manuela leads wholesale operations and consumer service delivery across all VF Brands in the APAC region, with a focus on demand accuracy and revenue conversion. Earlier roles at VF include Director of APAC Customer Operations and Customer Service Manager for EMEA Digital & Strategic Partners, where Manuela managed high-profile multi-brand teams and coordinated logistics for significant accounts. Previously, Manuela held positions related to customer service and operations at Vibram Group. Manuela earned a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages applied to Business from Università degli Studi di Catania.
