Chanda Douglas-Ward

Chanda Douglas-Ward is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the V Foundation since July 2021. Prior to this, Chanda held positions such as Director of Human Resources at Alamance Community College, Human Resources Consultant at CAI- Capital Associated Industries, and Human Resources Director at Saint Augustine’s University. With a strong background in HR management, Chanda has also served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the American Heart Association, overseeing HR functions for multiple states. Chanda's experience includes developing and implementing HR programs, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives across various organizations.
