Karen Ann Kittinger has extensive experience in prospect development and fundraising within the nonprofit sector, particularly at the V Foundation since September 2016. Karen's roles have progressed from Gifts Processor to Assistant Director of Prospect Development, demonstrating a deep expertise in areas such as wealth screening, pledge management, major gift fundraising, database management, and prospect research. Karen has effectively managed gift officer portfolios and has played a key role in financial reconciliation, campaign reporting, and supporting designated grants. Earlier experience at Starbucks as a Barista and Barista Trainer provided valuable customer service skills.
