Sharad Saldanha

Sharad Saldanha has extensive experience in crewing operations and industrial relations within the shipping industry. Sharad has held various leadership roles at V.Group, including Global Director of Crewing Operational Support and Industrial Relations, Head of Operational Services in Crew Management, and Group Crewing and Commercial Manager. Additionally, Sharad has experience as the Head of Crewing for V.Ships Asia, overseeing crew planning, welfare, compliance, and union negotiations. Prior to V.Group, Sharad worked as an Officer at IMC Shipping Co. Pte Ltd. Sharad holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bradford and a Master Mariner Certificate of Competency from Lal Bahadur College.
