Ulla Eithz Nielsen

Ulla Eithz Nielsen has an extensive work experience in the maritime industry. Ulla is currently the Managing Director of V.Ships Germany and also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer, Operational Excellence, Ship Management at V.Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operational Excellence at V Group.

Before joining V Group, Ulla served as the Director, Head of Business Applications & Process Excellence at Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S. Ulla also held the position of Director, CSR at the same company.

Their previous roles include working as a Performance Manager at Norient Product Pool and as a Sr. General Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S, where they were responsible for Tonnage Strategy - Design & Procurement - Maersk Line. Ulla also worked at A.P. Møller Maersk as an Assistant General Manager and Manager in various departments.

Ulla's career began as a Chief Officer at A.P. Møller, where they gained experience in Sea Service - Container Vessels.

Ulla Eithz Nielsen's education history includes various educational experiences. In 1995 to 1997, they attended the Fanø Navigation School, where they obtained a Master Mariner degree. Continuing their education, in 2007, they attended Cranfield School of Management, participating in the General Management Program. Later, from 2013 to 2015, Ulla pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Shipping & Logistics at the Copenhagen Business School. In 2016, they completed a Board Certificate program at BoardAssure.
