Sudhir Kumar Shakya

Sudhir Kumar Shakya has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sudhir currently holds the position of Chief Officer HR at V-Guard, starting in August 2023. Prior to this, Sudhir worked as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Mawana Sugars Ltd from November 2021 to July 2023. In this role, they gained advanced knowledge in diverse HR areas such as employment law, compensation, recruitment, and employee relations. Sudhir also engaged with HR service providers and suppliers to ensure the smooth functioning of HR systems, payroll, and training and development. Before their tenure at Mawana Sugars Ltd, Sudhir worked as a Human Resources Officer at V-Guard from December 2020 to November 2021. Sudhir also has experience as a Labour Welfare Officer at Emami Ltd from December 2018 to November 2020 and as an Industrial Trainee at Voltas Limited - A TATA Enterprise from May 2018 to November 2018.

Sudhir Kumar Shakya attended various educational institutions to obtain their academic qualifications. From 2022 to 2022, they pursued an Executive Development Program in HRM at XLRI - VIL Programs, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they attended the Institute of Social Sciences in Agra, where they completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in the fields of Labour law, HRM, PM, and Social work. Before that, from 2013 to 2016, they studied at St. John's College in Agra, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a specialization in PSM (Preservation of Substances of Human Origin). Additionally, in 2015, Sudhir Kumar Shakya also pursued a Management and Soft Skills program at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, further expanding their knowledge in the field of Management.
