Shubham Nirgude

Shubham Nirgude is currently serving as the Assistant Demand Planning Manager at VIP Industries Limited since June 2023. Previously, Shubham held the position of Corporate Project Intern at TVS Motor Company for a brief period, focusing on improving workstation productivity through method study principles. Prior internships include a role as a Supply Chain Intern at Eaton, where the project centered on standardizing and automating processes related to Total Cost of Ownership analysis, and a Sandwich Trainee position in the R&D department at Forbes Marshall, working on enhancing the calibration process of an electropneumatic positioner. Shubham also gained experience as a Sandwich Trainee in the Manufacturing Engineering Department at Thermax Limited. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Supply Chain and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor of Technology in Production and Industrial Engineering from COEP Technological University.
