Jennifer Green

Jennifer Green has extensive experience in management consulting and finance. Jennifer worked as a Management Consultant at a consulting firm from 2017, where they provided financial and commercial consulting to clients across various industries. Jennifer'srole included advising C-level executives, middle management, and front-line staff on financial and commercial management, process improvement, staff training and development, system implementations, and mergers and acquisitions. Jennifer also had expertise in business intelligence and data analytics.

In 2021, Jennifer joined V SHRED as the Chief of Staff to the CFO. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Financial Controller at Spencer Ogden, where they played a key role in driving organizational change and directing financial and commercial strategies for the integration of investments. Jennifer was instrumental in building and developing a high-performing Finance and Shared Services team.

From 2010 to 2014, they held multiple roles at NES Fircroft, including Commercial Controller and Financial Controller. In these positions, they acted as a business partner for the Americas Regional Director, overseeing finance, accounting, legal, human resources, and facilities management for operations in North and South America. Jennifer gained international finance and regulatory experience, implemented integration tools for software applications, and redesigned the back-office infrastructure to support growth and expansion into new markets. Jennifer also provided financial expertise to Sales and Operations teams, reformed employment practices, improved DSO, and managed office relocations.

Jennifer Green completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting from Texas State University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2001, they attended Lamar University with a focus on Accounting and Business Management. Additionally, in July 2020, Jennifer obtained a certification in Audit and Due Diligence from LinkedIn.
