Vincent Harris Sr.

Vincent Harris Sr. is a Senior Spectrum Engineer at Vectrus MISSION SOLUTIONS, where responsibilities include maintaining in-depth knowledge of frequency management software systems to prevent interference across various Radio Frequency (RF) systems for multiple U.S. agencies since August 2012. Prior to this role, Vincent served as a Frequency Manager in the United States Marine Corps from January 2001 to August 2012. Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Professional Studies with a focus on Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (2012-2015), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Hawaii Pacific University (2006-2013), and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education with a concentration in Computer Application Technologies from Wayland Baptist University (2009-2012).
