David Marks

David Marks is an experienced Project Manager currently working at V3 Companies since January 2018 and serving as President of The Marks Foundation since October 2020. Previously, David held positions as Team Leader and Project Manager at Williams Creek Consulting + Management from July 2012 to January 2018, contributing to ecological engineering design solutions for sustainable infrastructure. Prior experience includes serving as Project Engineer at both Hannum, Wagle & Cline Engineering, Inc. and Floyd E. Burroughs & Associates, Inc., where work focused on transportation projects and infrastructure development. David began their engineering career as a Design Engineer at Melton-Packard & Associates, Inc. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering with a minor in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
