Kathy Duffney

Kathy Duffney is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in the engineering and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager at V3 Companies since December 2022, Kathy has held various senior engineering roles, including Senior Roadway Engineer at ms consultants, inc. and Burgess & Niple. Other notable positions include Senior Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, and Transportation Engineer across multiple firms, including McCormick Taylor, Inc. and HNTB. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, both from Youngstown State University.
