Jake Flohr is currently the Co-Founder & COO of V3 Talent Partners Inc., a recruiting consulting business specializing in coaching venture-backed startups in scalable hiring practices. Jake also serves as a General Partner at V3 Ventures, investing in the top cohort of startups. Additionally, Jake works as a Talent Advisor at Aisle and has held similar roles at various companies such as Saturn, On Deck, Raya, and Dave. Prior to their current roles, Jake gained experience as an Account Executive at OSIsoft and Rockwell Automation, as well as a Sales Engineering Intern at Trane. Jake holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
