Jake Flohr

Jake Flohr is the Co-Founder of V3 Talent Partners. He leads the internal V3 team as well as strategic searches across Engineering, Product, HR, Marketing, and Finance. His practice is nationwide, but much of his focus is in Los Angeles and the Bay Area.

Jake spent the first 7 years of his career in sales as an Account Executive at Rockwell Automation and OSIsoft. Working closely with the leadership teams of his customers, he was able to combine his technical background and problem-solving skills to deliver valuable solutions and improve their businesses on multiple levels

Jake earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo and now calls Southern California home. He enjoys spending time exploring the world (and watching movies on the couch) with his wife, Erica.
