Shannae Brydon

Shannae flew 14 hours to join the V3 team. In Sydney, Australia, Shannae worked for a large Data Analytics company, CoreLogic, where she gained incredible experience working closely with their Software Engineering & Data Analytics teams.

Responsible for managing all of the recruitment across Australia & New Zealand, she placed a large emphasis on strategic sourcing and employer brand initiatives to secure the best talent for CoreLogic. Within her first year, she closed 132 roles, with only 32% being sourced through direct applications. Through effective stakeholder management and building strong internal relationships, she aimed to advise, guide and assist managers on best practice recruitment; removing the “cookie-cutter” approach to sourcing talent.

Having then progressed through to an HR Business Partner role, she worked closely with her respective executives and senior leaders in order to help them achieve their people strategies. For Shannae, this experience emphasized the sheer importance in finding the right “fit” for both the company, team and the candidate.

Outside of work, Shannae loves to travel. She believes that opening your mind, heart, and arms to new experiences and uniting in differences provides invaluable growth, in both a personal and professional sense. She loves to build relationships, wants to see everyone succeed and understands the trials and tribulations in relocating for an incredible opportunity.
