Irina Malysheva

Irina Malysheva is a seasoned technical writer currently working at V4Scale since September 2022. Prior to this, Irina held positions at Dell EMC from June 2013 to August 2022 as a Content Developer and Consultant, focusing on customer-facing documentation for mainframe host applications and collaborating closely with various stakeholders throughout the documentation development cycle. At PROMT, Irina served as Project Manager and Chief Editor in the Translation Department from November 2001 to April 2013, managing a linguistic project and overseeing translation quality control. Earlier experience includes roles as Methodologist at the St. Petersburg Education Media Center, IT Manager at the Press Development Institute, and English Language Teacher in secondary schools. Irina holds a Master's degree in Linguistics from the Institute for Foreign Languages in St. Petersburg and pursued studies in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University.
